WAIT UNTIL DARK (1967)

GOLLY DAY, THIS MOVIE WAS TERRIFYING. GAHHHH. It was also incredibly well done, and I would definitely watch it again, but only if someone is holding my hand. (If you haven’t noticed, I just really don’t have the stomach for thrillers.) Good grief. I made the mistake of watching this while my one remaining roommate during the coronavirus quarantine was gone for several days, and I sincerely believe it’s a qualifying contender in the top 10 dumbest decisions I’ve ever made.

Side note—this was produced by Mel shortly before he and Audrey divorced. The tension must have been unbearable.
